New Custodian for CMS Non-QM Loans

Overview

As a reminder, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (CMS) now requires use of Computershare Trust Company, N.A. as the Custodian for all Non-QM Loan collateral package documents.

Correspondent sellers must provide an original collateral package of all documents which include the Original Note, Bailee Letter and Allonge, a Certified True Copy of the Mortgage (Deeds) and a complete Preliminary Title Report delivered via insured courier, or overnight mail, for tracking purposes as follows:

For Non-QM Loans

All Collateral packages must be delivered within 24 hours after delivery of the closed Mortgage Loan file.
