Announcement 20-0039: New CMS Borrower Payment Processing Address

Overview

Effective June 19, 2020, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (CMS) will implement the following new mailing address for borrowers to send their payments:

P.O. Box 660586
Dallas, TX 75266-0586

• The CMS Correspondent Seller Guide is updated to reflect this new payment address
• The Correspondent Seller must ensure all Payment Letters and Servicing Transfer Notices are updated to reflect our new Payment Address
• CMS has provided this update to EllieMae Investor Relations, DocMagic, and DocuTech

Please Note: As of the effective date, the prior Phoenix, AZ payment address should be discontinued. After 6 months, all payments sent to that address will be returned.
